distributing color
If you want to surround yourself with your favorite color. Look to your closet and the outfits you put together. When you are wearing that blue dress do you pair it with a blue purse, earrings and shoes? Probably not. When you are pulling together a room, be choosey about where you incorporate color and balance it with neutrals. Let it be the main event. Make room for the fellas
I'm completely inspired by traditionally masculine materials such as worn wood, rich leather and steel. I think many men feel that decor is strickly for their wives. However, mixing feminine elements with masculine materials plays a large part in balancing design. Let your fella in on the design process.
